What it costs

Delivery is priced by postcode — the closer you are to the Rockhampton warehouse, the less the freight. Checkout works out the zone as soon as you enter a postcode, so the figure you see there is the figure you pay. All rates below are ex GST.

One flat rate per zone, whatever the size of the order. The local rate covers Rockhampton, Gracemere, Yeppoon and Emu Park; every other Queensland postcode is the second rate.

Very heavy or bulky orders may need a custom quote. If yours does, we’ll call you before anything ships.

Carriers we use

Orders are dispatched with Australia Post, Followmont, Aramex, and Gladstone Taxi Trucks depending on destination, weight, and how fast you need it. We’ll choose the carrier that gets it to you cleanest.

Pickup

Pickup at the showroom is free and usually ready the same business afternoon. Drop in to 69 Denning Street, Park Avenue, Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. Free trade parking out front.

Outside Queensland

We courier within Queensland only — interstate freight costs more than we’re willing to pass on. Checkout won’t offer delivery to a postcode outside the state.

We can still post non-flammable items, quoted case by case. Phone (07) 4926 2422 or email orders@norrishairrockhampton.com.au with what you need and we’ll come back with a postage price. Aerosols, peroxides and other flammable goods can’t go by post at all.
